Two Creekside Cabins

Off-season weekly rate is $600.00 per week.

We Furnish: Mattress pads, pillows, and bedspreads.
You must supply: Towels, kitchen towels, sheets, pillow cases, blankets, linens, and beach towel.

POLICIES

Campsite Policies

• All tent and Pop/Up sites include Power, Water, and Sewer (if needed).

• Space is available for one camping unit and one car per site. Campsites are allowed 2 tents.There is an additional charge of $6.50 for the extra tent.

• No Deposit required for pets. All pets must be leashed. Owner is responsible for cleaning up your pets waste.
NO LARGE AGGRESSIVE DOGS ALLOWED!

Cabin Policies

• Cabin rates are based on 4 people. Some cabins accommodate more for $10/night/person. Minimum 3 night rental on all cabins during holidays.

• Sheets may be rented for $5.00/set per stay. Towels are rented also if needed, price varies on amount used.

• All cabin rentals are "smoke-free".
9.75% tax is charged on cabin rentals.
All cabins include Cable TV.

• Pets under 50 lbs will require a $10 extra per pet per day. Pets over 50 lbs will require $20 extra per pet per day (NON REFUNDABLE). Price included due to extra cleanup. 5' Leash required. Owner is responsible for cleaning up your pets waste. Dog crates are required. Inspection prior to departure.

• We recomment that you bring consumable supply/ paper, pruducts, trash bags, soap, detergent and toiletries. Grills and Tools are furnished. (You are respnsible for cleaning your grills once you leave)

Reservation Policy

Advance reservations require a minimum stay of two nights.. Three nights are required campsites and cabins on holidays. A two-night deposit is required to make a reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS!. The balance due for the number of days reserved is payable upon arrival. Please make your reservations for the exact number of days you wish to stay; refunds are not issued for early departures. We cannot guarantee the specific campsite or cabin you reserved if you change the arrival or departure date after the reservation has been confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Should your plans change, campsite reservation deposits are refunded if we receive a 2-week notice. Cabin and Group reservations require a 30-day notice of cancellation to receive a refund on the deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you are responsible for the full amount of your stay, less any nights we are able to rebook for the reservation period. This policy applies to any late date arrivals, early date departures, and "no-shows." Camping is a great outdoor experience; therefore we do not give refunds due to discomforts of nature, illness or work schedules. A $35 administrative fee is charged for all cancellations.

Check-in time is 12 PM for campsites
Check-in time is 3 PM for cabins (We need the time to prepare for the next guests - NO EARLY CHECKINS)

Our Camp Store and Registration is open until 7:00 PM in off season and 9:00 PM during the high season. Please let us know if you will be arriving after that time so that we can make special arrangements for you.

Check-out time for cabins is 10 AM
Check-out time for campsites is 11 AM

Damage Fee

A damage fee $200 may be charged on your credit card upon checkout for damage or theft caused by the tenants.

Reservations: reservations and deposit are required during the summer months.
